When creating a password, you should:

• Try and make it complex (include Caps, lower case, numbers, and special characters)

• Make the length of your password at least 8

• Don’t pick a password that you’ve used on another site

• Always wait 12 months before reusing a previous password

• Change your password periodically or at least annually

• Never share login information or passwords with anyone

• If logging in from a public computer (a computer you don’t typically use), make sure you completely log out, don’t just close the browser window

• Never save login information to a public computer
